					<description>Really interesting article...blog, thanks. Sounds a bit similar to Umeboshi (sour Japanese plums) but I don't have enough experience with either to know if that's at all correct.</description>

(Not sure why, but I'm reminded of the time a couple of mutants opened a jar of kimchi behind me in a movie theatre.  A movie theatre!  I heard the hissing of the jar, then when I smelled it... wow.  Definitely clashed with me red vines.)</description>
